Branch Sales Executive – Central Region (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will source Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful products for ADIB in the Abu Dhabi Central Region. The role focuses on acquiring new‑to‑bank customers, maintaining relationships with business entities and ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful customers within the target segment and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all visited customers and company visits to the Branch Manager.
• Visit potential companies and institutions, negotiate and finalize business deals within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Review and verify Standard Credit Applications and supporting documents for accuracy before forwarding to processing units.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, coordinate card issuance and monitor finance disbursement timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with business entities, internal departments and ensure smooth flow of business operations.
• Escalate customer complaints and any delays in approval or disbursement to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, Central Bank regulations and associated risks.
• Awareness of competitors in the local market.
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality, secrecy norms and office timing policies.
