Branch Sales Executive - Dubai Region (Outsource Role)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will source Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful applications for ADIB in the Dubai region, ensuring compliance with bank policies and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source new‑to‑bank personal finance, covered cards, auto and Takaful products for the target segment and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) with complete details of visited customers and company visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with business entities and individuals to generate new business.
• Visit potential companies/institutions, finalize deals within the turnaround time defined by ADIB policies, and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure accurate completion of Standard Credit Applications and verify authenticity of supporting documents before forwarding to processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, coordinate card issuance, and monitor finance disbursement, escalating any delays.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to office timings, and present a professional image.
• Escalate customer complaints promptly to the supervisor level.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and Central Bank of UAE guidelines.
• Fair knowledge of service standards, sales processes and computer applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, follow approval processes and meet reporting deadlines.
