Branch Sales Executive - East Coast Area (Outsource Role)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will operate on the East Coast of the UAE (Fujairah / Ras Al‑Khaimah) on an outsourced basis. The primary purpose is to source Personal Finance applications and related banking products while adhering to ADIB policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source new‑to‑bank Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful products for the target segment and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR) with complete customer visit details to the Branch Manager.
• Visit potential companies and institutions, finalize business deals within the stipulated turnaround time, and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure all credit applications are accurate, complete, and free of errors before forwarding to processing units.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, coordinate card issuance, and monitor finance disbursement timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with business entities, handle customer complaints promptly, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business flow.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks, including Central Bank directives.
• Awareness of local market competitors and ability to apply product knowledge consistently.
• Strong attention to detail, data confidentiality, and adherence to office timings and secrecy norms.
