Branch Sales Executive – Personal Finance

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will drive personal finance product acquisition across the UAE, focusing on new‑to‑bank customers. Working from the Dubai branch, you will build relationships with individuals and corporate partners, guide them through the application process, and ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new‑to‑bank customers for personal finance products and meet assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate partners.
• Generate new business through visits to customers and companies.
• Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and application process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant financial products and services.
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for efficient processing.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales, banking, financial services, or a customer‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
