Brand Analyst

About the role

The Brand Analyst supports the commercial success of the Luxury Retail Division by turning sales, inventory and market data into actionable insights. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, operations, marketing and finance teams to drive product performance and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, KPIs and profitability across luxury retail brands and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor product sell‑through rates, inventory turnover and recommend stock replenishment or transfers.
• Identify sales trends, customer buying patterns and growth opportunities to inform assortment planning.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark performance and spot industry trends.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness through post‑campaign analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail analytics, business analysis, merchandising or commercial reporting, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, lookups).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
