Brand and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand and Marketing Executive to lead our brand development initiatives across the United Arab Emirates. The role will drive the execution of our annual communication strategy, manage digital assets, and expand our market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute the company’s annual brand communication strategy, integrating online and offline marketing resources.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, providing data‑driven insights for brand optimisation.
• Oversee SEO/SEM activities, optimise website content and improve lead conversion efficiency.
• Maintain and update localized official websites, promotional materials, and case‑study libraries.
• Manage content operations and audience growth on global social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Plan and organise online and offline events such as exhibitions and client forums.
• Create culturally relevant marketing content that resonates with local audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand communication, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven success in promoting brands within the Middle East market.
• Excellent bilingual (English/Arabic) copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong business‑oriented and innovative thinking with deep cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, and InShot.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
