Brand & Commercial Executive – Distributor Management

About the role

The Brand & Commercial Executive will act as the primary liaison between the brand and its distributor/retail partners across the United Arab Emirates. This role drives sales, marketing, and product strategies while ensuring brand integrity and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with distributors, aligning on sales targets, marketing plans, product launches and strategic priorities.
• Monitor market‑level performance including sell‑in/sell‑out, revenue growth, MSRP enforcement, market share and stock aging, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Approve and optimise assortment strategy, manage SKU productivity and oversee new product launch planning and execution.
• Safeguard brand positioning and visual merchandising standards across all points of sale, conducting audits and driving corrective actions.
• Align and approve annual marketing plans and budgets, oversee in‑store activations and evaluate ROI on marketing investments.
• Evaluate and approve POS expansion or rationalisation proposals, ensuring appropriate channel mix and brand representation.
• Develop performance dashboards covering sales, inventory health, SKU productivity and marketing effectiveness, providing actionable market insights.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of brand management experience, preferably in luxury watches, fashion or premium consumer goods.
• Experience working with distributors or managing multi‑market operations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with performance reporting tools.
