Brand & Community Executive – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Community Executive who lives and breathes social media, understands GCC audiences, and can create authentic conversations that go beyond follower counts. Based in Dubai, you will shape the voice of a leading UAE retail and distribution company across entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
• Build and nurture online communities through genuine, two‑way conversations.
• Create bilingual Arabic and English content tailored to GCC audiences.
• Turn product launches and marketing campaigns into shareable social moments.
• Monitor trends, memes and pop‑culture cues to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with designers, creators and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Track engagement metrics, analyse performance and optimise content strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in social media, community management, content creation or brand marketing.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Proven copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z audiences and GCC digital culture.
• Background in retail, lifestyle, entertainment, gaming, media or creative agencies is highly preferred.
