Brand Executive – External Design Collaborator

About the role

Driven to create unique home‑grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality group with multiple concepts. The Brand Executive acts as the primary link between the organisation and external design partners, ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, quality control, and protection of intellectual property from initial contact to final launch.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for external designers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring NDAs are signed before sharing confidential information.
• Manage design projects by tracking deliverables, following up on timelines, and coordinating feedback between internal teams, the Managing Director, and external partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify accurate project information before sharing it with external designers.
• Track invoices and payments for external partners and work with the Legal team to initiate trademark and trade‑name registration upon project completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, project coordination, or a client‑facing role, preferably within the creative, branding, or design industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex feedback clearly and professionally.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NDAs, basic contract terms, and intellectual‑property/trademark processes is a significant advantage.
• A proactive team player who can effectively coordinate across internal departments and manage external relationships.
