Brand Manager – Emerging Markets

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a strategic Brand Manager focused on emerging markets. Based in Dubai, you will bridge global brand strategy with local market execution across regions such as China, India, Southeast Asia, Pakistan and parts of Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global brand and consumer segment strategies into locally relevant plans across multiple emerging markets.
• Build and manage the annual segment activation calendar, coordinating campaigns, initiatives and innovation launches.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities by analysing consumer occasions, behaviours and target cohorts.
• Drive flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery and alignment with brand standards.
• Contribute to media strategy development, optimizing channel selection, investment allocation and audience targeting.
• Monitor and analyse brand health, media effectiveness and commercial performance KPIs to accelerate growth.
• Consolidate consumer, shopper, customer and competitive insights to shape segment dynamics and emerging opportunities.
• Provide market feedback and insight‑driven recommendations to global teams for future strategies and innovation pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong marketing experience within the FMCG industry with a solid understanding of brand building and consumer‑focused marketing.
• Proven track record managing marketing projects from planning through successful execution.
• Experience adapting global campaigns for local markets and coordinating initiatives across multiple markets and functions.
• Consumer‑led, insight‑driven mindset with commercial acumen and action‑oriented approach.
