About the role

Beauty Solutions Trading is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive the growth of its beauty portfolio across the Middle East. You will act as the main link between the brand and retail partners, shaping strategy, marketing and pricing to boost market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, vendors and industry partners.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and use data to optimise marketing initiatives.
• Lead pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Manage budget allocations, track expenditures and meet financial targets.
• Identify emerging opportunities within the luxury beauty sector.
• Represent the brand internally and externally as an ambassador of its values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, preferably within luxury, professional or consumer goods.
• Strong passion and knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Successful track record working with prestigious international brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
