Brand Manager (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Object 1, a real‑estate development firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager who is fluent in Russian and English. The role focuses on strengthening the brand’s presence in the UAE and international markets while supporting the launch of new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance Object 1’s positioning across the UAE and abroad.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure their application in marketing materials, campaigns, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PR, Digital, Sales teams and external agencies to produce cohesive brand communications.
• Support the creation of brand presentations, marketing assets, and campaign concepts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance, market perception, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Brand Strategist, preferably in real‑estate development, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, marketing communications, and consumer behavior.
• Experience with the Dubai/UAE market; real‑estate background is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic and commercial mindset.
