About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate Manager for its Home division within MAF Lifestyle. The role will drive the implementation of the brand’s marketing and communications strategy, enhance brand visibility and support revenue growth across offline and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing calendar for assigned home brands, aligning with overall brand strategy.
• Create integrated campaigns that combine in‑store, digital and media channels to reach target customers.
• Manage the rollout of in‑store promotions and ensure seamless coordination with operations.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales.
• Control marketing budgets, monitor spend and ensure optimal utilization.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure all communications comply with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail or furniture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to forecast trends and identify challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and methodologies.
