Brand Trainer – Fashion

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Brand Trainer for its Lifestyle division to empower store staff with product knowledge, brand messaging and service skills. The role supports consistent customer experiences across all fashion outlets and contributes to sales growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with line managers and define tailored training plans.
• Develop and adapt brand and product training materials for diverse learning styles.
• Stay updated on learning and facilitation trends and recommend suitable approaches.
• Monitor the impact of learning interventions and ensure measurable performance improvement.
• Maintain records of training needs and support ongoing development of individuals and teams.
• Mentor participants to translate knowledge into business results.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Qualification in Training or Human Resources.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in training or brand education.
• Evidence of content creation and use of technology for learning.
