Brand Trainer – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Brand Trainer will empower store staff with deep product knowledge, brand messaging and the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports sales growth, brand awareness and staff engagement across Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle stores.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers to conduct training needs analysis and define tailored training requirements.
• Design and implement a brand and product training plan aligned with brand standards and business unit needs.
• Develop and adapt training materials, including manuals from principals, to suit diverse learning styles.
• Stay current on learning and facilitation trends and recommend suitable approaches.
• Monitor the impact of learning interventions and ensure clear performance outcomes.
• Maintain records of identified training needs and link them to ongoing development plans.
• Mentor participants to cement knowledge and translate learning into business results.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Qualification in Training or Human Resources.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in training or learning development.
• Demonstrated experience creating learning content and using technology for training delivery.
