Broker Relations Manager

About the role

An insurance technology company is hiring a Broker Relations Manager in Dubai through its client. The role suits a relationship-driven insurance professional who understands the UAE broker market, and focuses on building broker partnerships, driving platform adoption and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, placement teams and key stakeholders across the UAE.
• Drive broker engagement, platform adoption and account growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Hold regular client meetings, business reviews, product demonstrations and feedback sessions.
• Support broker onboarding, user adoption and change management.
• Monitor account performance, user engagement and broker satisfaction, and address issues proactively.
• Work with product, sales, implementation and internal teams to align broker needs with business goals.
• Share market intelligence and broker insights to support product improvements and commercial strategy.
• Represent the organisation at industry meetings, networking events and market engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in broker relations, business relationship management, distribution, channel management or business development within the UAE insurance industry.
• Strong network across the UAE insurance broker market, including brokers, placement teams and key decision-makers.
• Good understanding of broker operations, insurer-broker workflows, placement processes, renewals, endorsements and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships, manage accounts and spot commercial opportunities.
• CII, ACII or other relevant insurance qualifications are an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to insurance technology, digital transformation, SaaS platforms, CRM systems or broker portals is highly advantageous.
