Building Inspection Technician – Telecom & Structured Cabling

About the role

We are looking for a Building Inspection Technician to support telecom and structured cabling projects across buildings, warehouses and industrial facilities. The role requires hands‑on expertise in fiber‑optic and copper networks and ensures all work meets Etisalat standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test and label telecom and structured cabling systems, including CAT‑6 and fiber‑optic cables.
• Perform OTDR, power‑meter, splitter verification, Unirack and PC‑drawer testing.
• Terminate fiber from FDH to ONU and verify network performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with Etisalat specifications and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with telecom and structured cabling systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results.
• Demonstrated experience adhering to Etisalat standards.
