Bus Driver for Hotel Staff Transportation

About the role

The hotel, part of the Accor network, is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel. The role involves ensuring safe, courteous service and maintaining the vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off colleagues from accommodation to the hotel and vice‑versa in a friendly manner.
• Operate and maintain the bus, including minor maintenance, fueling, and ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed.
• Keep the bus clean, update the logbook, and prepare trip, accident and incident reports as needed.
• Handle passenger complaints professionally and cooperate with hotel departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school education.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving experience.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Well‑groomed, friendly and able to maintain a cheerful disposition.

Required skills

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of local UAE road rules and landmarks, especially in Dubai.
