Bus Driver – Hotel Transportation (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a professional Bus Driver to manage transportation of colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel in Dubai. You will ensure safe, punctual and courteous travel while maintaining the vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off colleagues from accommodation to the hotel and vice‑versa in a friendly manner.
• Operate and maintain the bus, performing minor maintenance and fueling as needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and conduct regular inspections, updating the logbook.
• Prepare trip, accident and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Team Leader and other hotel departments.
• Address passenger complaints and ensure service standards are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school education.
• 1–3 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving experience.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and knowledge of local road rules and landmarks.
