Bus Driver Team Leader

About the role

The Bus Driver Team Leader will oversee and coordinate bus operations at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, ensuring safety, efficiency and high service standards while leading a team of drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, performance feedback and support.
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments, scheduling and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain records and address customer complaints.
• Implement driver training programs and collaborate with maintenance teams for vehicle upkeep.
• Analyze route efficiency, handle emergencies and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in bus operations or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
