Bus Team Leader

About the role

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking a professional Bus Team Leader to oversee daily bus operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and motivate a team of drivers in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, performance feedback and training.
• Coordinate daily route assignments, scheduling and route‑efficiency analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company policies and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Address customer complaints, handle emergency situations and maintain accurate operational records.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for vehicle upkeep and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s licence and fluency in English.
