Business Analyst – Business Systems

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a Business Analyst to act as the key link between its schools and the Digital & Technology team, driving digital adoption and effectiveness across its network in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between schools and the Digital & Technology team to align educational needs with digital solutions.
• Gather feedback from teachers and school leaders, analyse it and translate into actionable product enhancements and road‑maps.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing enablement to maximise value from digital platforms.
• Monitor adoption and maturity of digital tools across the school network and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive communication, engagement and change‑management activities related to digital initiatives.
• Partner with the Digital team to ensure solutions are user‑centred and practical.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in education support, digital enablement, customer success or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working directly with teachers, school leaders or education teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail with diligent follow‑up and timely execution.
