About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Business Analyst to join our Dubai team. The role is client‑facing and involves translating business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Design and document process flows, workflows and wireframes to support solution delivery.
Facilitate meetings and requirements discussions.
Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
Prepare training materials and user documentation.
Create clear documentation, meeting minutes and process diagrams.

Required profile

Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
3–6 years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong expertise in process mapping, wireframing and business documentation.
Experience in client‑facing roles and stakeholder management.
Hands‑on involvement in testing, implementation and user training.
Exposure to logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain processes is highly desirable.
