Business Analyst (French Speaking)

About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Business Analyst to join our Dubai team. The role is client‑facing and involves translating business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design and document process flows, workflows and wireframes to support solution delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and requirements discussions.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Prepare training materials and user documentation.
- Create clear documentation, meeting minutes and process diagrams.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
- 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, wireframing and business documentation.
- Experience in client‑facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Hands‑on involvement in testing, implementation and user training.
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain processes is highly desirable.
