Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves conducting discovery workshops, documenting current and future processes, and producing functional specifications for enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM and integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops and process‑mapping sessions.
• Document as‑is and to‑be business processes using BPMN or flowcharts.
• Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities.
• Support solution design sessions with architects and technical leads.
• Facilitate user‑acceptance testing, coordinate defect triage and maintain traceability matrices.
• Create training materials and deliver end‑user training during go‑live.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience on ERP, CRM or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Process‑mapping (BPMN) and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Visio, Miro, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Functional specification, user story and test script authoring.
