Business Analyst – Market Entry & Financial Modeling (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead a strategic market‑entry study for a long‑standing furnishing solutions provider re‑entering the Dubai market. You will work directly with the client’s CEO and senior advisors to deliver a board‑ready go/no‑go recommendation.

Key responsibilities

• Define “need to believe” conditions and deal‑killers for the UAE market.
• Conduct secondary research (and design primary outreach options) to assess the mid‑market gap between IKEA and luxury tiers.
• Build and pressure‑test a full financial forecast and capital‑requirement model for an initial ~$500K budget.
• Develop a dynamic cash‑flow management tool for day‑to‑day operations over a 12‑18 month horizon.
• Synthesize data into a board‑ready recommendation and present findings to C‑suite and board members.

Required profile

• Background in top‑tier management consulting (ex‑MBB) or investment banking.
• Proven experience in market‑entry or growth studies, especially in the GCC region.
• Strong executive presence and comfort advising C‑suite and board audiences.
• Sector experience in furnishings, interiors, textiles, or retail is a plus.
