About the role
The Business Analyst will support Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives across HRMS and Finance modules. You will work onsite in Dubai, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle ERP/Fusion projects.
- Participate in the RFP process, defining functional requirements, evaluating vendor solutions and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Perform functional QA and UAT testing, validate requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to align solutions and manage third‑party integrations.
Required profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules.
- Familiarity with third‑party integration of Oracle EBS/Fusion applications is an advantage.
