About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Omni‑Channel team of a leading GCC retail group. The role focuses on store‑technology projects and will support a 12‑month transformation programme, working on‑site in Dubai four days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements for store‑technology initiatives and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Omni‑Channel solutions.
- Support testing, validation and rollout of Oracle xStore implementations across retail locations.
- Provide data‑driven insights to optimise store operations and customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within retail or store‑technology projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a professional, “white‑glove” approach.
- Ability to work on‑site in Dubai at least four days per week.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle xStore.
- Familiarity with store technologies and Omni‑Channel environments.
