Demand Planning Analyst - PMO

About the role

The Demand Planning Analyst – PMO will support the Regional Demand Manager by analysing pipeline data across market units and demand sources. You will turn large datasets into actionable insights that drive demand programs and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality.
• Build and maintain performance reports, highlighting trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven insights for monthly demand reviews and strategic presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analyses.
• Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel and strong data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience analysing large datasets and identifying performance drivers.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
