About the role
FTI Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. You will work alongside experienced consultants, tackling complex business environments and delivering high‑impact recommendations that drive client success.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Support project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Contribute to business development and intellectual capital initiatives.
Required profile
- Actively pursuing a full‑time bachelor’s degree or completing a master’s program with graduation between June 2026 – June 2027.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
