Business Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team in the MEA‑TR region is seeking a hands‑on Business Analyst who blends engineering insight with business acumen. The role focuses on managing capacity operations, driving data‑based decisions, and supporting continuous improvement across multiple teams and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms to extract and transform data.
• Utilise advanced MS Excel skills for data aggregation and reporting.
• Retrieve and combine data from multiple sources, presenting it in clear, actionable formats.
• Analyse business problems, identify root causes, and propose forward‑looking opportunities.
• Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to sustain future business processes.
• Understand tools and processes, driving seller adoption where needed.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience working directly with business teams to leverage metrics for improvement.
• Background in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred).
