Business Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

The Amazon Supply Chain team in the MEA‑TR region is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support capacity operations. You will work across multiple teams and locations, turning data into actionable insights that improve supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms to extract and transform data.
• Use advanced MS Excel techniques to aggregate and visualise data for decision‑making.
• Retrieve data from multiple sources, compile it into digestible formats, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Analyse business problems, identify root causes and propose forward‑looking opportunities.
• Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support sustainable business processes.
• Drive adoption of tools and processes among sellers and internal teams.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of data analytics or automation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Strong business acumen with experience in supply‑chain or operations functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
