Business and Economics Teacher

About the role

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a dedicated Business and Economics Teacher to join its Dubai campus. The successful candidate will deliver the KS5 Business and Economics curriculum, support student progress, and contribute to the school’s pastoral and extracurricular programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons for KS5, using assessment data to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, mark and track student attainment, providing timely feedback and reporting to parents.
• Support the holistic development of a tutor group, including attendance, behaviour and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation and review of faculty resources and lead extracurricular clubs for at least two terms.
• Uphold safeguarding policies, attend school events and collaborate with senior leadership on improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Good honours degree and a QTS or PGCE teaching qualification, preferably UK‑based.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably with UK curricula.
• Experience supporting high‑ability learners, students with additional needs and English language learners.
• Ability to provide an ICPC and UK Enhanced DBS or equivalent background check.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to school vision and enrichment activities.
