Business Class Agent (Russian Speaker Only)

About the role

This role provides VIP treatment to business-class passengers, anticipating their needs and preferences so they enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience from arrival to departure. The agent meets and assists passengers at every touch point, from check-in through to the departure gate.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving business-class passengers and help them with check-in, luggage handling and special requests.
• Provide personalised service through security, immigration and to the business lounges and departure gates.
• Assist passengers throughout their airport journey, giving information on flight schedules, facilities and amenities.
• Prioritise passenger requirements and escalate issues or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with airport staff and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth passenger flow.
• Follow all safety and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback and incidents.

Required profile

• Associate degree (2 years).
• Fluent in English; Russian speakers only.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, personal accountability, resilience and flexibility.
• Reads and complies with the company's ISR policies, reports incidents to the line manager or Information Security team, completes ISR awareness sessions and follows the associated guidelines.
