Business Consultant / Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Consultants and Telesales Executives, focusing on business setup services in the UAE market. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in sales and consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote business setup services.
• Explain company formation processes, licensing, and related services to prospects.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, documentation) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, target‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Experience with CRM tools.
