About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Chinese and English speaker to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, the candidate will reach out and meet with business decision makers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our product can help.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify new customers.
Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow‑up, and cold calling.
Identify the correct decision makers within a given business.
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience, preferably with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
