Business Development Executive – Audit, Tax & Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for our audit, tax and advisory services across the UAE. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships with decision‑makers, and converting opportunities into signed engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of UAE businesses through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Understand client requirements, coordinate with technical teams and prepare tailored proposals.
• Follow up consistently to convert qualified opportunities into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and activity reports.
• Meet agreed targets for new business revenue and develop relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct business development or sales experience within an audit/accounting firm in the UAE.
• Proven track record of lead generation for services such as external audit, accounting/bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax or related advisory services.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Strong spoken and written English with confidence communicating with business owners, finance managers and CFOs.
• Ability to work from Dubai and attend client meetings across the UAE.
