About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for a B2B Sales Executive based in Dubai. You will identify and build relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored accounting and consultancy solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial services or consultancy domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in the Dubai market or UAE region is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales management software.
