About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a B2B Sales Executive based in Dubai. You will identify and build relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored accounting and consultancy solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads and conduct sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial services or consultancy domains.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in the Dubai market or UAE region is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales management software.
