About the role

ALYAH is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office. In this strategic position you will provide expert consulting services to clients across finance, compliance and corporate structuring, helping them achieve regulatory accuracy and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and prepare detailed reports for clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate structuring matters.
• Develop and present strategic business solutions tailored to client needs.
• Liaise with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess business performance.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, delivering strategic advice.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentation and client relationship building.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
