Business Development Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across the construction and interior‑design market.

Key responsibilities

• Secure 10–12 client meetings per month.
• Generate 5–6 genuine RFQ/tender opportunities each month.
• Develop and maintain a minimum AED 750K–1M monthly sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with interior designers, consultants, PMCs, corporate clients and key decision‑makers.
• Complete 2–3 new client/vendor registrations per month.
• Follow up consistently on quotations and ongoing opportunities.
• Achieve approximately AED 750K–1M in confirmed business per quarter during the initial phase.
• Maintain accurate weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Contribute actively to new market development and client acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction, interior‑design, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quantitative sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report pipeline metrics.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
