Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves developing new business opportunities across air, sea and road/courier shipments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea and road/courier freight forwarding.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups and excellent service.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, agents and vendors to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in air, sea and road/courier shipments (minimum 2 years).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
