About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in air, sea and road/courier shipments, excellent client relationship skills and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea and road/courier freight forwarding.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups and high‑quality service.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate rates with carriers, agents and vendors to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
