About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales in the freight forwarding sector. The role focuses on generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships across air, sea, and road/courier services.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road/courier).
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups and excellent service.
Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and vendors to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air, sea, and road/courier).
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
