Business Development Executive – Interior Fit‑out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen our presence in Dubai's interior fit‑out industry. The ideal candidate is target‑driven, confident, and experienced in building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Client prospecting – identify potential clients, schedule meetings and present company services effectively.
• Sales strategy execution – develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and Dubai market conditions.
• Market research – analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
• Business development – actively seek and develop new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Sales reporting – provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports to management.
• Customer feedback analysis – gather and analyse feedback to enhance products and services.
• Client relationship management – maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Cross‑functional coordination – work closely with design, estimation and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years proven experience in the UAE interior fit‑out industry.
