Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive outbound outreach and secure qualified discovery meetings with hiring decision‑makers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. The role focuses on Vision 2030 priority sectors such as AI, energy, infrastructure and fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads and senior business stakeholders.
• Research and target companies operating in Vision 2030 sectors, qualifying their talent challenges and localisation requirements.
• Book discovery calls for senior team members and feed high‑quality Saudi opportunities into the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Continuously refine outreach scripts, messaging and objection handling, with particular attention to Saudi business culture.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of outbound B2B sales, business development or cold‑calling experience (professional services or recruitment a plus).
• Confident phone presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English writing skills and strong follow‑up discipline.
• Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is highly advantageous.
• Interest or knowledge of the Saudi market, Vision 2030 and related industries.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia.
