Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Pixels Advertisement in Ajman. You will act as the front‑line representative, building relationships, presenting proposals and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach and market research.
• Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing structures to prospective clients.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.
• Track sales targets, update CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
• Adapt sales pitch based on client feedback and continuously improve conversion rates.
