Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Executive based in Dubai to drive new revenue streams for MOSHNEB, a luxury bronze brand. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline and generating leads through research, networking and outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury interiors and architectural materials market.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, conducting regular lead generation activities.
• Meet prospective clients, present MOSHNEB’s product offering and prepare proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with production, design and operations teams.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and performance metrics, reporting insights to management.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the luxury interiors field, with knowledge of high‑end manufacturing or architectural materials.
• Proven new business development and lead generation capabilities, including prospecting and opportunity qualification.
• Solid business and account management skills to nurture client relationships and drive repeat sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations and negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, travel locally as needed and engage confidently with diverse clients.
