Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships in Dubai. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents, negotiate with prospects, and support deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, conversions, and revenue against targets, and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing or a related role; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
