Business Development Executive

About the role

Asad Abbas & Co. Chartered Accountants, an audit, accounting, tax and business advisory firm in the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai. The role focuses on finding new business opportunities, building professional relationships, generating qualified leads and turning prospects into long-term clients. Industry-specific knowledge and training is provided, so prior experience in audit, tax or accounting is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach and business events.
• Build relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and finance directors, and generate and qualify new leads.
• Arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, follow up and support negotiations and closing.
• Develop referral partnerships and conduct market research to spot new sectors and opportunities.
• Maintain a CRM-based sales pipeline and track performance against targets with regular reports.
• Work with management and technical teams to understand client needs and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales or client relationship management preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with senior executives and able to work independently and meet targets.
• Understanding of the UAE business environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting and Microsoft Office.
• Lead generation, prospecting, networking and follow-up.
